You can pay for your order in the following ways:

– By credit / debit card
If at the end of your purchase (check out) you choose the payment by card (Visa, Mastercard), then you will automatically be transferred to the secure environment of Viva Wallet, where you will enter your card details, in order to be charged and to complete your order. Credit card details are not stored by Sylvestris during the transaction, but are entered directly into the secure environment of the partner Viva Wallet who has undertaken the routing of the cards. The credit card is charged at the same time as the order is placed in the online store.

In your deposit you must enter your name and in the reasoning the order number. The order is executed immediately after the confirmation of the deposit, otherwise the order is canceled if the deposit is not made within three (3) working days. In case of transfer from another bank, you will be charged the transfer costs.

– Pay on delivery:
You can choose the payment method of cash on delivery to pay in cash upon receipt of your order. COD is only available in cash and is accepted for amounts up to € 500, while it is excluded for larger amounts. Prerequisite for the execution of an order with a cash on delivery method, is the telephone communication with the respective customer. In case of inability to communicate with the customer, the order will be canceled within three (3) working days from the date of registration.
