How to Order

Order from the online store
 The process to make purchases in the online store www.sylvestris.gr is simple. Browse the online store through the categories or look for the products that interest you. Once you find the product you want, select the basket icon and the contents of the basket will be displayed on the right. You have two options, to continue shopping or to go directly to the checkout following the steps of completing your order.

Before completing the order, contact us:
– giving the details and the size of the product you are interested in in order for us to send you the financial offer (only applies to products marked “After assessment” and which do not have a listed price “)
– to inform you about the delivery time of the product

Upon completion of the order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order which will inform you that your order has been registered. By logging in to your account and selecting “order tracking” you can see at what stage your order is.

Member / visitor
If you are visiting the online store www.sylvestris.gr for the first time, it means that you have not created an account to become a member. However, if you create an account, as a registered user you will receive updates and access to login details, previous orders and the management of shipping and billing addresses. You do not need to create a member account to complete an order as a guest, the purchase will simply be completed as a guest.

The prices of the products of the store do not include VAT. 24%.
