The orders submitted in our online store www.sylvestris.gr are sent in the following ways:
– Domestic orders are delivered to your place with a courier company without any charge for the customer. Shipping costs are borne by Sylvestris.
– Overseas orders are routed by credit / debit card and shipping costs depend on the country of dispatch. Orders with delivery outside Europe may incur customs charges.
The shipment of the product is in printed and electronic form. The transport and packaging of the products to the customer’s place are done with absolute safety and care.
You should check the packaging of all products. In case you find damaged packaging and obvious wear of the product, you must not sign the receipt before informing us.
